About the position
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our HR team. Feel free to apply if you're passionate about creating engaging content, connecting teams, and strengthening company culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and content plans
- Prepare and distribute monthly digital and quarterly print digests (news, updates, team wins)
- Manage internal content across all corporate portals: plan posts, gather feedback, boost engagement
- Create and edit content (articles, interviews, email newsletters, social media posts) in English
- Coordinate internal meetups and events, podcasts, quizzes, and booths at conferences – from idea to post-event wrap-up
- Conduct employee surveys (e.g., NPS, engagement), analyze data, and suggest improvements
- Support onboarding communication: produce team lead videos, quizzes, and welcome content
- Collaborate with contractors on branded merchandise: from concept and design to production and logistics
- Promote and reinforce corporate values, run motivation programs, and generate content ideas that help people feel connected
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in internal communications or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
- Proven ability to create structured, engaging, and friendly content with the right tone of voice and attention to detail
- Experience organizing corporate events or employee engagement initiatives
- Basic knowledge of HR Tech tools (Career Maps, onboarding platforms, etc.)
- A proactive mindset: you're full of ideas, know how to turn them into action, and want to make comms better every day
- Confidence in working with cross-functional teams and contractors
- A strong desire to stay in internal communications long-term
Nice to have:
- Experience launching cool stuff: podcasts, Telegram channels, hackathons, video series, etc.
- Background in large or international companies with mature internal comms processes
- Active presence on LinkedIn or other platforms – and willingness to share stories about QIC in the future
