About the position
You will join the Loyalty team, focusing on creating rewarding experiences that drive engagement and long-term customer relationships. From bonuses and referral programs to telematics and targeted campaigns, you'll help shape QIC’s loyalty strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve end-to-end user experiences for the loyalty program: rewards, cashback, tiers, and personalized offers
- Conduct UX research in collaboration with analysts and researchers (qualitative and quantitative)
- Create prototypes and design concepts — from early sketches to final hand-off for development
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
- Continuously improve existing features based on user feedback, data, and business goals
- Support A/B testing initiatives — from design setup to analysis of results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty-related products
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions grounded in user needs and business impact
- Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable design practices
- Ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E) for ideation, prototyping, content generation, or UI/UX research
- Experience in prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and creativity
- Upper-Intermediate in English
- Bonus points for: experience with product analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Hotjar), basic understanding of HTML/CSS, or prior work on gamified/engagement-driven experiences
