Product Manager

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for web and mobile
• Align with customers, business, and engineering on requirements and priorities
• Maintain a unified backlog and break down goals into actionable items
• Integrate security requirements and conduct risk assessments
• Track KPIs and optimize platform performance and stability
• Lead and mentor two teams, fostering ownership and continuous improvement

• 3+ years of experience managing digital products, delivering complex web and mobile solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile: writing stories, managing backlogs, leading ceremonies
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong proactivity and ability to handle priorities across multiple teams independently
• Detail-oriented in requirements gathering and ensuring compliance with security standards
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern web and mobile architectures and security principles
• Experience with defining and tracking KPIs using analytics tools
