About the position

We are looking for an HR Business Partner in our UAE office to build and implement modern best talent practices in line with QIC Group’s Center of Excellence (CoE) methodology. The role is focused on strengthening recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR automation, while ensuring alignment with business needs and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build efficient hiring processes in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners in UAE office.
  • Support implementation of evaluation and performance review cycles.
  • Apply CoE methodology to ensure alignment with QIC Group standards.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify development needs and career paths.
  • Introduce and manage HR tech solutions to optimize people practices.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (time-to-hire, retention, eNPS, performance ratings).
  • Apply digital HR innovations for retail-level employees and customer-facing talent.
  • Support initiatives in employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or retail/digital companies.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR automation tools (HRIS, ATS, analytics dashboards).
  • Strong tech orientation and interest in HR innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic HR partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
