Complete an assessment

Some roles include a short task that usually takes no more than 3 hours. It helps us to learn about your working approach, not just seeing the final result

During this meeting we ensure the culture fit: alignment on how we work, check in with our values, and what our development will be like

Get the offer

Once there's a mutual match, you get the offer and a clear onboarding plan. We also provide feedback to everyone, whether they move forward with us or not
