About the position

We're launching a new e-commerce vertical for home — within QIC digital hub and are looking for a Product Owner who can take this from 0→1: someone who's seen how this space works at scale and can bring both the playbook and the judgment to adapt it to our context.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Home vertical end-to-end, from concept through launch and scale
Define the MVP, prioritize features, and drive fast iteration cycles based on user and market feedback
Build the business case: market sizing, unit economics, monetisation model, competitive positioning
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial/partnerships teams to ship
Set up and own key product metrics (conversion, GMV, retention, listing quality, etc.) and report against them
Identify and manage strategic partnerships (developers, agencies, banks/mortgage providers, if relevant)
Build and eventually lead a small team as the vertical matures

Requirements

3-5+ years in product management or product strategy, ideally with direct experience in real estate/home e-commerce or classifieds
Track record of launching a product or vertical from scratch
Strong commercial and analytical instincts — comfortable building a business case and reading unit economics
High ownership and drive — genuinely energised by ambiguity and building something new, not just executing a defined roadmap
Sound judgment and stakeholder maturity — able to hold their own with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English
