About the position
We are expanding our team of Communications Designers and are looking for a Senior Designer with broad expertise in graphic design, visual branding and communications, experience in motion and 3D, and strong proficiency in modern AI design tools.
Responsibilities
- Together with the Art Director, maintain and develop the brand's visual communication in line with the business strategy and relevant visual trends
- Develop and update brand identity elements, guidelines and templates, conduct workshops and mentor other designers in working with them
- Design creative concepts and Key Visuals for marketing campaigns and special projects

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative syncs, work with the content team to generate visual ideas for viral posts and campaigns
- Assist the product team with implementation of branding into digital products - app flow, web and landing pages
- Develop layouts for marketing communication channels (SMM, digital ads, CRM, OHH & DOOH, events etc.), analyze results and generate hypotheses for their improvement together with the designers of these channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in communications design, preferably in-house teams on the product side
- Understanding of how design works in layouts in online and offline channels and at different stages of the marketing funnel. We work on OKR and the impact of design on business metrics is also evaluated
- Skill in getting into the task, communicating with stakeholders, independently generating hypotheses and proposing design solutions
- Mastery of a basic set of tools – Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with AI – we work with Krea, but experience in any AI will be useful
- Understanding of the principles and process of motion and 3D creation, but if there is also a hands-on skill, it will be a huge advantage
- Skill in communicating concept to junior graphic and 3D-motion designers and managing implementation
