About the position

As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end development of the Travel vertical within the QIC App, covering hotels, flights, tours, and experiences booking flows. You will shape the product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy, starting with the Qatar market and expanding across the MENA region.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of the travel stream, including monetisation model, unit economics and scalable growth strategy
Define go-to-market approach, positioning, pricing and segmentation for new travel products
Build strategic partnerships with aggregators, booking providers and experience partners
Lead product discovery through customer research, JTBD framework and market validation
Define and prioritize roadmap aligned with ecosystem strategy
Lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery from discovery to launch
Establish experimentation, analytics and performance metrics to optimise engagement and retention
Drive growth through ecosystem integrations including loyalty, insurance embedding, BNPL and wallet

Requirements

Over 5 years in Product Management / Product Ownership
Proven experience launching a B2C mobile product from 0 → first release
Strong experience in marketplace / travel / booking / fintech / superapp environments
Hands-on experience with monetization models (commission-based, dynamic pricing, bundling)
Strong analytical mindset (unit economics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis)
Experience building and executing GTM strategy
Deep understanding of customer-centric product development (CustDev, JTBD, experimentation)
Experience working with performance marketing
Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environment
Spoken English level B2 or higher

Nice-to-have: experience in MENA markets / with ecosystem or superapp models / with travel aggregators or booking APIs
