Experience
2–3 years in B2B sales, partnerships, consulting or strategic business development. Owns or brings parts of the sales funnel or channel, contributes to growth initiatives, brings new retails products, tools or useful handshakes and supports closing larger or more complex deals with guidance.
Area of Responsibility
Manages outbound and inbound leads within a vertical or target segment. Develops partner relationships, leads cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to expanding QIC's ecosystem across insurance and non-insurance services.

- Designs and executes outbound campaigns for defined segments
- Leads discovery and negotiation calls with mid-tier prospects
- Prepares commercial offers and supports custom deal structuring
- Tracks performance metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion) and refines outreach
- Identifies and qualifies strategic partners or new channels
- Works with legal, finance, or product to align on proposals and constraints
- Uses CRM for forecasting, deal tracking, and reporting
- Contributes to ecosystem or GTM playbooks and partner documentation
- Facilitates internal coordination (e.g., with Marketing, Product, Legal)
- Adheres to internal compliance and data security standards in BD process
- Participates in quarterly planning, cross-functional syncs, and partner reviews
- Supports onboarding of junior teammates and shares best practices
